Attentive Nanny For Seven Month Old Baby Boy

My husband and I both work full time. My mom lives with us and has been caring for our almost 7-month-old son. We are on a waiting list for a daycare but we keep being told that it will be another 2-3-6 months. He is starting to be big enough that it is getting difficult for her to pick him up and put him down etc. She is quite independent and doesn't require care but she will also be in the house. We also have a friendly small dog who will be around. We are looking to fill the gap and if things work out well perhaps a daycare won't be required. We are looking for someone who is patient, calm and engaging. We don't expect any non-baby related services. Just cleanup up after bottles and baby meals, the occasional load of baby laundry.
