I work overnight and I do have a child in the home that is old enough to be there alone, but my youngest child is very difficult. when Im there of course she listens but with her sister she does not and bedtime for her is strictly at 8 oclock, no later than 830 and I need someone who can get her into bed while Im at work. I also need her to have her room cleaned by that time as well. That is the biggest issue and my main concern.
