We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Fort Smith. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. We are a multilingual, Japanese-American bicultural family who uses the Montessori method and gentle discipline, and we would prefer to find someone familiar with this style or willing to learn it. Our oldest is almost 3 years old, and we have a new daughter who was born in October. We are planning to use Baby Led Weaning with her when she is around 6 months old to introduce solids.
