About the job
My child is my step-son and he likely has ASD. He is such a sweet respectful boy, very talkative. You may not always be able to understand what he's saying so patience is very important. He is an absolute angel at babysitter's houses so really the only issue I can foresee in finding someone is that they are okay with changing his pull-ups or ideally just being there while he does the majority of it himself. He is also sensitive to loud noises like washing machines.
