Babysitter Needed For 1 Child In Fayetteville

I need a sitter for my 12-year-old son who is disabled. He is extremely good natured and joyful. Because of his disabilities he is very easy to care for - this would be a great position for someone in college needing time to study, or someone who has a craft they like to do while sitting around (knitting, drawing, etc). He requires diaper changes and assistance with transfers (to bed/chairs/change diaper) so some dexterity and strength is required. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities, like folding his laundry and changing bedclothes. He has three other caregivers that have been with him for many years but I need one additional person to ensure coverage on weekends.
