About the job
She is just turning one in May and is such a delight. She wakes up from a nap around 11-12, and we need help for four hours each afternoon M-Th. We both work from home and I'd rather not do day care. We can cover morning hours but since she's getting older afternoons and balancing both working and giving her enough attention is hard.
