Seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative learning guide to assist the lead teacher in our alternative, nature-based micro school for young children 5-9 years of age. Our students and staff love learning and working at our micro school! Enjoy four-day work weeks in a beautiful setting. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about fostering a love for learning in children through play based, STEAM, and student-centered learning approaches in indoor and outdoor environments. The ideal candidate will serve as both a coach and guide to learners, creating a nurturing, engaging, and hands-on environment that meets grade-level standards and supports holistic, whole-child education.
