Someone who can consistently arrive early in the morning, and can work with flexible schedules. Schedules won't change suddenly (The parent is a CNA and has rotating schedules that give her two days a week off, but not necessarily Saturday/Sunday) Services will only be required on a bi-weekly basis. The caregiver will have to take care of the child from the moment the mother departs to when the school bus picks him up for school.
