M-Th / 8-5 For Sweet 7 Month Old

Hello, My husband and I are moving to Bentonville in December and need childcare for our 7-month-old daughter beginning Monday, January 13. My husband works out of the home, and I work from home Monday-Thursday (I do not work on Fridays). I am looking for someone who is kind and gentle to watch my daughter while I work from home. My daughter is very sweet, she loves to play with toys and go for walks outside. She has had a nanny before and did very well with another person. We live in a single-family home with two pet cats. I would appreciate help with light household tasks such as laundry and dishwasher loading/unloading. Please have your own transportation. Driving our daughter isn't required. She will stay home, or you can walk to the nearby park. Most importantly, we want someone who will be steady and reliable for our daughter. Ideally providing at least a 6-month commitment.
