Nanny/Tutor

My family and I are looking for a nanny/tutor for our 10-year-old daughter. Hours may vary ranging from 25 to 40 hours a week. My husband and I own a business in Springdale, so having someone who is flexible is important. Duties would include keeping the house tidy, doing my daughter's laundry, making meals for her while she is in your care, and drive to and from her horse lessons in Fayetteville 2 to 3 times a week. Also, looking for someone who can help/tutor her in Math and English. My daughter loves arts and crafts, so someone who enjoys that as well is a plus. We do have two little dogs, so must be comfortable with pets.
