My wife and I are new to Northwest Arkansas and moved here from out of state. My company is having our annual Christmas party and we are looking for a reliable baby sitter for out two kids. Our son is almost 4 years old and daughter just turned 1 in November. K is a very happy go-lucky little boy and is more independent. He's very social with others and will be easy to get along with. Our daughter is still a bit shy and takes a little longer to warm up to new people. She is walking now so she is toddling all around the house.
