Nanny For Active 4 Year Old Boy And 13 Year Old Boys At Times As Well!!!!

We are looking for a nanny that can help watch our 4-year-old son during the day and overnight at times. We do have a 13-year-old son as well but wouldn't require watching as he is self sufficient and is in school during the day. I work night shift and would need help during the day for a few hours to allow me to get some rest before my next shift. Also at times when I do work we would need someone to stay at our home overnight when my guy is out of town to ensure our boys are okay and safe. Our little one loves playing outside and riding his bike playing race car games and talking a lot. My 13-year-old son is into legos, reading and generally is hanging in his room.
