Searching for a part-time nanny to assist with two children, 2 and 5 years old, while mom focuses on a new baby arriving in May. Seeking someone who can provide engaging, child-led learning using a Montessori approach while also respecting the children's feelings and space. Needing care 3 days a week from 1p-6p. M/W/F preferred, but there is a possibility of flexibility. Start date would be mid-May as dad prepares to return to work after paternity leave. Needing someone reliable through the end of 2025 and potentially longer! Light housekeeping (meal prep, picking up after children & nanny's self), and picking up the oldest from pre-school. Clean driving record is a must.
