Me and my husband work at the same place and pretty much work the same hours. We work 9-6, but lately he gets off early on some days and I have been getting off at 530. My husband alternates Saturdays and Wednesdays and I'm off Thursdays and Sundays. My kids aren't that picky and they will pretty much tell you what they need.
