Nanny/Support System

I need help with my boys for a couple of hours per day and during the weekends. I have 2 boys, B 10 and E 8. B is autistic, mentally, he is around 6. He is big in body and small in spirit. He will need extra attention to make sure he doesn't wander off or hurt himself doing something he shouldn't. E is very independent, He sometimes gets upset with his brother, and goes to play with his neighborhood friends to get away from his brother. There is also the situation of my husband, He was killed while on his motorcycle. I'm starting work next week. I will mostly just need a spare person to be our support system. The main times I would be needing help is getting B from school about 2:30 and keeping them at home until I can get back around 5 p.m. sorry if this is a lot of info but I want to disclose, to keep everyone safe
