My wife and I both work from home, but have jobs that require us to be in meetings, which don't allow a ton of flexibility. As a result, we are looking for someone to help us care for our precious 7-week-old baby boy. We expect to need 20-30 hours of help per week, but this is our first experience so we might learn that we need more as we go. Ideally, we'd love to have someone who has experience working with infants.
