In-Home Newborn Caregiver

We are seeking a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to provide in-home care for our newborn son, who will be 12 weeks old at the start of care. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with babies and is excited to support their growth, development, and well-being in collaboration with an engaged and supportive family. Responsibilities: Create and maintain best-fit routines for sleep, feeding, and play that support our baby's thriving development. Engage in age-appropriate developmental play and activities to encourage growth and learning. Light housekeeping tasks related to the baby, such as tidying up baby items and ensuring a clean environment. Collaborate with mom, who works from home, to support breastfeeding and overall baby care as needed. Schedule: Anticipate working 3-4 days per week, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
