About the job
We have two kiddos ages 11 (girl) and 8 (boy) who are busy and love all sports. Football, basketball, and lacrosse are currently my sons favorites. My daughter is a competitive dancer. We hope to find a babysitter who is comfortable Creating a routine with our kids, and taking the initiative to be leaders. They will occasionally need Help with school work, or just need to be reminded to get it done. Often the kids will have somewhere to be as well, and will need to be Driven back and forth to extracurricular activities. We want a babysitter who desires to be involved with the kids and create a real connection with each of them. Playing games and using imagination versus having screen time is important to us. We have one large dog who is 12 years old and pretty lazy.
