Nanny Needed For My Children In Madison.

I'm looking for a Christian babysitter who would be reliable and able to come to our home when I have doctors appts for myself or for my kids. Our oldest is somewhat medically fragile and just had brain surgery. Two of our other kiddos are in speech therapy a couple of times a week as well for half hour sessions and I would like to leave our youngest (and future youngest) at home. Some tidying with the kids would be helpful or tidying on my behalf would be great also as I'm in the third trimester of my pregnancy. Occasionally the babysitting would be longer than the length of a doc appt and if the person we hire works out for this, there might be room for a 20-25 hr a week position. I'm also looking for someone able to intuit some of what needs to be done so I don't have to constantly be saying what areas we need help. Thank you!
