Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Madison- 2 Years Old

We are looking for a long-term nanny to care for our 2-year-old son and future infant M-W 7:30am-4 p.m. (hours may vary). We are a Christian family and would like someone who shares those values! Duties include fixing meals/snacks for our son, putting him down for a nap, possibly taking him to local parks or activities during the day, light housework such as picking up, laundry, dishes, light meal prep, and various household tasks/errands if requested. We are looking for an organized, self-starter individual who is willing to help with developmental milestones such as potty training (when the time comes), spelling, reading books, etc. I am also pregnant and due at the end of March so we would be looking for our nanny to care for the infant as well starting June-July. Hourly pay would increase at that point! We also have a cat in our home.
