Biweekly Babysitter Needed For 3 Children In Madison

I need a babysitter for my 3 children in Madison. 50/50 custody exchanging weekly, but holidays can reset our schedule so flexibility is a must. Would prefer afterschool during school-days and full day when school isn't in session, but if full day is preferred I'm open to discussing a "home manager" of sorts to get help around the house during the day while kids are at home. Ages of children are 4, 6 and 7. Experience with special needs/strong willed children is preferred, but not required. Must be dog and cat friendly. Also open to care in caregiver's home, but must be able to safely transport children from school.
