I have a very happy 7-month-old and a very energetic (almost) 3-year-old and need someone to take care of them - play, feed snack/bottle, change diapers, put infant down for morning nap- while I get chunks of uninterrupted time in for my part-time work from home job. Ideally, a sitter would come to the house two or three days a week for just two or three hours at a time while I work in another room. We have a fenced-in back yard with a bit of play equipment, toys, and shade - plus plenty of indoor activity options and toys.
