About the job
My husband and I have varied schedules. My husband is a pilot, and I work 12-hour shifts. We have four children, two older and two younger. Our older two are in school (1st grade and kindergarten), and our younger two stay home. I need someone to wait with the older kids when they get on the bus in the morning and be here when they return. Additionally, we have a pair of rowdies, fun-loving toddlers (a 2-year-old and a 1-year-old) who need care throughout the day. If you are willing to take on this duty, our ideal candidate is loving, caring, fun, helpful, and compassionate. We need someone like family to help, and with the varying hours of our jobs, it isn't easy to find help.
