Part-Time Nanny Position In Harvest

We are looking for a nanny to care for our 3-year-old daughter and 5-month-old son (will be 7 months when job starts). We would like someone who is loving, attentive, and reliable and who has previous childcare experience. Our daughter loves to dance, read books, play with puzzles, and play outside. Our son will be beginning to eat table food and sit unassisted, so having someone who is comfortable with helping us get started with solids and with a CPR certification is preferred. I am a counselor, so it is important to me that our children are respected and know that they matter. It's important to me that their hug feelings are listened to and validated while also having firm limits on their unwanted behaviors. We would love to have someone care for them who is patient and nurturing! Our daughter H loves to dance, sing, color, play with puzzles, and read books. She is a very joyful girl and loves to laugh. She is working on independent play but still loves to have a playmate. Our son loves to be held and talked to. He enjoys playing with teethers, books, and rattles. H needs help with potty training as well as getting herself dressed and brushing her teeth, as S is still an infant, he needs support with everything. Patience and a nurturing disposition. It can be a challenge to be attentive to our toddler while also holding baby as much as he likes to be held. He had a difficult time taking independent day time naps, so someone with a high-frustration tolerance and who is willing to baby wear would be wonderful! We have space for parking, no access to public transport. No, we do not.
