Part-Time Nanny In Harvest Area

We are looking for a nanny for our 2. 5-year-old daughter and infant (will be 2 months old at start date). We would love to find someone who is responsible, reliable, patient, and kind. Our daughter loves to color, paint, dance, play outside, read, and play with puzzles. With her being a toddler, she has her fair share of tantrums, so it's important to us that she whoever we hire helps her learn how to regulate her emotions as we do when we're home with her. The hours might vary as my work schedule is a bit different each day. We do not expect housekeeping, but would appreciate if any messes made are cleaned up by the end of the day. :) We're passionate about teaching our kids that their emotions are okay and helping them learn how to regulate them in a healthy way. We don't punish our daughter for tantrums, but set boundaries for her behavior and encourage her to take breaks to calm down. It's important to us that we find someone with similar values. :) Our daughter loves to dance, put on princess dresses, read, color, paint, and play outside. She also loves putting together puzzles and learning! Our daughter will likely need regular diaper changes as she is not yet potty trained. We will be working with her more on this in the coming weeks, so help encouraging her to go to the potty would be wonderful.
