Nanny / Mother's Helper! We Need Fun & Loving Care ON BASE At My Home For My Son While I Work!

I am looking to hire for 20-30 hours, 4-5 days - flexible on days and times - only during regular business hours. Can flex to accommodate time/days off as needed. Looking to start a good fit in October (flexible), and I am planning very flexible time & time off for Holiday Season. I prefer someone to stay with us longer term because my son gets attached - I estimate we will be here another year or so. I will change diapers myself unless in a meeting, and my work time is flexible so I will help as needed! My son gets zero screen time, is very smart, communicates well, and is very happy, confident, and loving. I would need someone comfortable with contact/carrying my son often. My home is clean and safe, and I want our nanny to feel comfortable here with us. We have cats and a dog - all very nice and non-agressive!
