Nanny For 10.5 Month Old!

Looking for a reliable nanny for my 10. 5-month-old son. I work from home but am unable to give him the attention he deserves. I am looking for someone to come to my home (or possibly come to your home) for the days listed. I have two dogs at home, so you must be comfortable with pets. Assist in feedings, play, light housekeeping, naps, and anything else he may need. I live out of the city limits but I am ok if you would like to take him to the park or other fun activities.
