About the job
I work in the healthcare field, and we have trouble finding someone to get my 10-year-old off the bus in the afternoons during school. It's not every day. Its only when I work 12 hours and when My husband works 2 to 10. He doesn't always work that shift sometimes It's just one time a week and sometimes it can be 2 to 3 times a week We also have a 9-month-old that does not like to sleep, possibly considering hiring an overnight nanny maybe once or twice a week so we can actually have Some sleep so we can function to work made it nine months and we are at our breaking point with not getting enough sleep To actually function to do our jobs
