I would like nanny to clean up after herself and baby. I work from home, so nanny and baby would not be alone. She would need to do engagement and tummy time with baby, give her bottles or bring her to me when baby is hungry. No screen time is permitted around baby, but Nanny is welcome to work or watch tv quietly while baby is asleep.
