Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Birmingham

I'm currently in nursing school, so my schedule changes. My partner is also in school & has an odd work schedule. Ideally we're looking for someone who is flexible & willing to change their work schedule. Our son is three & super energetic! He doesn't start his new school until August. So we're looking for someone to keep his mind active, and I will prompt certain learning activities. He also loves to be outside, so having at least 1 hour of outdoor play is ideal. He's really an easy kid, super friendly! We also have a dog, she has a loud bark, but is harmless.
