Babysitter Needed For 3 Children In Birmingham

Our family of six includes 13 y/o girl, 7, 4, and 2 y/o boys. We are looking for someone to care for our sons 4 days per week We expect our nanny to help us homeschool our boys and help us reinforce outdoor learning grounded in Black liberation values. We have multiple farm spaces, a large backyard, and all of the tools necessary for learning. We also have a 2yo son with his own caregiver so there will be another person in the house on Thurs + Friday. We're looking for someone responsible, caring, and active who can help our children learn and grow. We have outdoor activities and follow a nature-based learning curriculum involving lots of playing outside, arts & crafts, and a few online classes. In the past, our nanny has helped prepare meals and clean up after, clean their room, and drive them to the park, science center, and on hikes.
