Consistent Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Birmingham

I will be working remote and my husband's job requires him to be gone a lot but occasionally WFH. We are hoping the nanny can take care of our baby in the morning when I have meetings and my husband will most likely be out of the house. We want him to play age appropriate activities, take walks, be fed, and cared for, and put down for naps while I'm working. We also would love for the nanny to pick up after the baby when he's down for a nap (baby dishes would also be helpful). We want him to feel loved and attended to while we are busy. We don't have any family in Birmingham so we hope the nanny can feel like an extension of our family!
