I am looking for a nanny for my son who is 7 years old and in the first grade in Vestavia, Alabama. My son is on the spectrum and has language deficits and some dysregulated behavior when he is frustrated or overwhelmed. I would prefer someone who has extensive experience with children with special needs. Thanks so much!
