Part-Time Nanny For 4-month Baby Boy (flexible Days/times, 20hrs/wk)

We're looking for a part-time nanny (about 20 hrs/week) to care for our 4-month-old son. We're a work-from-home couple on a small horse farm , about 10-15 minutes. R is super chill and content with himself--he loves music, dancing, and silly faces. He's a joy to be around as he becomes more active! Ideal fit: someone attentive, safety-focused, and comfortable around animals (we have a dog). Bonus if you enjoy reading, music, or playing an instrument--he lights up for all of it We're flexible on days and times. We've been alternating care together, but with our growing workloads (I'm a therapist who primarily works via telehealth and my husband works in marketing), we're ready for some help with our little. We'd prefer availability of 4 days/week, if possible.
