Live-in Nanny

We're looking for a live-in nanny that can become a part of our family! I'm a full time veterinary student and my husband will be leaving for work in the summer. I would love to find someone that is willing to nanny share for another sweet little girl during the day and can be flexible with our baby in the evening. I will have some weeks that I am working overnight or on call and need someone to be there while she's sleeping occasionally. Both babies sleep for about 3 hours during the day and we are willing to do half day daycare occasionally so that our nanny can have a healthy work-life balance. Salary is roughly 400 a week plus living expenses (open to negotiation). We are looking for someone genuinely hard working and open to longer hours. We do want to be as flexible as possible and are happy to work out a reasonable schedule to make sure everyone gets what they need. We are truly dedicated to helping our baby grow and learn in the most nurturing environment possible! We are firmly against screen time around our baby and make an effort to stay off of our phones while around her. Our little girl loves walking around the house with her mini-mouse airplane or holding our hands. Our baby is a real mover and really keeps us on our feet. Someone willing to be active with her would be the most comfortable with her play style. We have a beautiful, sweet and quiet dog named Zona. She's a medium sized mixed breed. She loves snuggling, going for walks and playing in our backyard. She is very gentle with the babies and appreciates her alone time on our bed. She could not be more low maintenance. She acts more like a cat than a dog sometimes.
