We have a 6-year-old daughter, a 3-year-old son, and will be adding another son in March 2025. Our3-year-old is a type 1 diabetic, so the nanny must be trainable and willing to learn what is necessary for his care. Open and reliable communication is essential as we must be able to get in touch with you at all times while you are with him - staying on top of his blood sugar needs is a huge deal! In addition to childcare, we would need assistance around the house including cooking, laundry, and cleaning. We homeschool our children, so assistance with schoolwork may be needed as well.
