On-Call Caregiver Needed

In search of a nanny or babysitter that can be available when I am on-call at the hospital. This would be so I can respond to calls in a week long period once a month. Treating others how to want to be treated, being transparent and honest, staying active, engaged, and education are very important to my family My son loves Spiderman, reading, playing games, playing outside and going for walks. My son needs help with putting on/ taking off shoes and some winter gear. Needs to be able to get access to base Fort Wainwright without assistance as I live on base. We can pursue a pass if necessary.
