I will have a young infant and two dogs who I will be looking for help with. The ideal would be someone who is reliable, knows how to care for a baby, can care for a baby overnight, and who also has a lot of flexibility. My work schedule is somewhat sporadic and often I will need to be away for up to 28 hours at a time. On the days I work, I can try to find other daytime childcare options, but would need the person caring for my baby overnight to be able to pick them up and drive home.
