We're seeking a reliable, experienced childcare provider for our family. The role involves a morning shift starting at 5:30 AM, typically until 2:00-3:00 PM, with flexible days (usually Sunday to Tuesday or Wednesday). Sunday will almost always be needed, and the schedule may vary as Dad works rotational shifts on the North Slope. Tasks include light meal prep, snack preparation, and light housekeeping related to the children. Mom works night shifts and will be home sleeping during the day. Care is part-time, with Grandma and Aunt helping on some days, so full coverage may not always be needed.
