Nanny Needed For My Children In Anchorage.

I'm a stay at home mom going back into the workforce and im looking for someone who could watch my son for just a couple hours a day but not everyday will be needed. Just when im getting off work and my mom is going to work. Chance is a very sweet fun and active boy! He was born prematurely and has some language delays. He has his own way of communicating and can be particular at times, so someone who could be patient and understanding and take the time to get to know him would be my ideal babysitter. He is the light and joy of my life and making this transition is hard, I'm looking for someone I can trust with my child.
