Our nanny is having health issues so we need a new nanny asap. Our main days we need help are Tuesdays and Wednesdays but if you have flexibility we also frequently use our nanny on various other days if we want to go ski or bike or other activities without the kids. Most of the job entails getting the kids off to school and then light housekeeping without any children to care for. The 3 yr old gets picked up from preschool at 11:45 but the other kids are in school all day. So although I have 4 children, a lot of the job is kid-free or only 1 child.
