Special Needs Toddler

Hello, my 19-month-old daughter has a genetic disorder that has caused her to have some disabilities. She has moderate hearing loss and wears a BAHA headband, she's G-Tube fed and has occasional respiratory distress. She was born with a cleft lip and palate, the palate is still waiting to be repaired. Otherwise she's a very loving energetic little toddler! We are working on communication skills right now, introducing basic signing and some technology support. Looking for someone with medical training to help me with her a few times a week. I will take her to all doctor's appointments and therapies, I just need someone to lend me some support so I can have a little bit more freedom to refresh my Momma batteries! Duties would include feeding, occasional meds, and training on any medical equipment as needed. She is crawling, pulling to stand, and loves to walk around the house with assistance. Must be comfortable with pets- we have two golden retrievers and one cat.
