Daily housekeeping, laundry, school prep, lunches, meals, kids to and from school and to extracurriculars. Must provide nurturing presence & adapt to family in transition, new home setup. Start 6:30AM, possible split shifts (6:30-10:30AM, 3:30-7:30PM). Some overnights/travel. Flexibility to lead or background as needed. Need: household/childcare experience, understanding of neurodiversity (especially ASD experience, organization, cooking, valid license. Offer very competitive salary, flex vacation.
