I have a cabin that I make available for short term rentals. I'm looking for help to ensure the property is presentable for guests. This would include walking through the property to ensure cleaners were thorough, items are put away, collecting mail, taking the trash bins to the curb on Thursdays for pick up on Fridays and checking the pH/levels of the hot tub when guests leave. Turnover cleaning is not required as I have a cleaning crew, but you would be responsible for ensuring all items on my turnover checklist are covered. Visits are not likely to be more than 1-2 times per week, depending on bookings. It's a small job but great for someone local looking to make some easy spare cash.
