Assistance Needed In Richmond.

I need help with General Errands. My ideal assistant has own transportation, a non-smoker and comfortable with a pet. I am basically looking for someone that help assist me with my 31-year-old son with exercises and possible going to therapy with him on transportation van. I will be home to help as well. Couple days a week willing to pay little more per hour if needed 3 days per week. You can send me message if need more information. He need help with stretching his arms and legs he also has equipment here again I will help just cannot do it by myself anymore. And if by any chance there is someone that have little experience with physical therapy, I would appreciate it.
