House-Sitter Needed In Whitehall Area While We're Out Of Town

Hello! Our family is in the process of moving in Whitehall, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we won't be able to move in for a few months. We need someone that can look after the home while we're out of state. Duties would include: visiting the home at least once a day, every other day, to check in and around the house for any issues, snow shoveling and salting the driveway, steps and sidewalks (as needed), checking the thermostats, plumbing for any leaks, removing litter and trash in the front/back/side yards, checking for any damages, turning on/off interior and exteriors lights periodically, notifying us and the property manager of any issues or concerns. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FIX ANYTHING! Since you will be working for us remotely, you'll need to provide photographic and/or video of your visits.
