I am in need of transportation to and from hospital for a minor medical procedure. I will need a ride early in the morning (likely 6:30am-ish) and then a return ride upon discharge (likely 3-4pm). I do not need the individual to stay with me at the hospital -just reliable transportation to and from since the hospital will not allow me to take Uber. I have not scheduled the procedure yet, but I believe it will have to be on a Tuesday. I can flex which Tuesday as long as the hospital has an opening and will notify of exact times once I am scheduled.
