Older kids driving - last one is 13 and needs some rides but most of role is errands - pay hourly plus a gas stipend every two weeks. So some kid help - including maybe one overnight a month if both parents have to be out of town at same time. Have to be flexible, reliable and able to communicate well and problem solve to do this role for a very busy family.
