Hi. I'm looking for part time help managing my duplex. I mainly work upstairs in my home office, while the downstairs unit is vacant but will soon be an Airbnb. I'd love someone to take ownership of the property with minimal direction with housekeeping/cleaning, organizing, restocking supplies and maybe groceries, and handling small fixes like changing lightbulbs or batteries. Ideally also help spotting issues and coordinating with contractors as needed as well as light personal assistant tasks like selling items online. A bit about me: I'm 39, work from home across two time zones and travel about once a month. I don't have pets and prefer a clean, organized space, but my schedule is busy, so I need someone proactive and independent. Scheduling is flexible. happy to chat more. thanks!
