Assistance Needed For Paraplegic

My name is Vanessa. I'm 34 years old and currently dealing with a spinal injury, which causes me to be paralyzed from the waist down. I need help with things like occasional cleaning, taking out trash/recycling twice per week, grocery shopping, and sometimes I also need help with rides to appointments. I have a vehicle that my wheelchair fits into to go to appointments and I can transfer myself into the seat without any help.
